LOS ANGELES, Sept. 9 (UPI) -- Three people were reported wounded Tuesday afternoon in a street corner shooting outside a Los Angeles high school.
Details were sketchy. However, initial reports from the scene indicated at least one of the victims was critically injured and was being airlifted to UCLA Medical Center.

The shootings occured outside Taft High in Woodland Hills and caused a major traffic tie-up on Ventura Boulevard as the injured were treated and Los Angeles police searched the area for the shooter.
