McKesson ex-chairman charged in fraud

SAN FRANCISCO, June 4 (UPI) -- The ex-chairman of McKesson HBOC was charged with securities fraud in a federal probe of alleged stock manipulation at the healthcare information company. The U.S. Attorney's office said Wednesday Charles McCall was charged with Jay Lapine, former counsel of HBO and Company, which merged with McKesson.
