WASHINGTON, May 22 (UPI) -- President Bush Thursday nominated Joshua B. Bolten, a key adviser on domestic policy, to take over as head of the Office of Management and Budget. Bolten, 48, would replace Mitch Daniels, who resigned earlier this month, possibly as a prelude to a run for the Indiana's governorship.
