Bush signs Everglades bill; urges changes

TALLAHASSEE, Fla., May 20 (UPI) -- Florida Gov. Jeb Bush signed a bill Tuesday, which opponents say will slow down the restoration of the Everglades, and then asked the Legislature to change it. He said he wants a new bill that will satisfy some of the complaints made by environmentalists, Florida congressmen and a federal judge.
