Rights clash in housing project case

WASHINGTON, April 30 (UPI) -- The Supreme Court heard argument Wednesday on whether the streets around a public housing project can be made into a "First Amendment-free zone." The case involves streets around a public housing project in Richmond, Va., that were closed to the public.
