Court rejects EPA emissions challenge

WASHINGTON, April 25 (UPI) -- A federal appeals court in Washington Friday largely rejected challenges to the Environmental Protection Agency's motor vehicle emissions standards. Environmental groups and two states, New York and Connecticut, had argued that the standards were too lenient.
