DNA might free Louisiana death row inmate

NEW ORLEANS, April 22 (UPI) -- Attorneys for Louisiana death row inmate Ryan Matthews say DNA tests have proved that he is an innocent man. Prosecutors say they want more time to investigate the DNA findings in the 1997 Bridge City murder case.
