Court: Doctors may not be 'employees'

WASHINGTON, April 22 (UPI) -- A Supreme Court ruling Tuesday makes it less likely that smaller medical clinics can be sued under federal anti-discrimination law. Such laws normally target businesses of 15 employees or more, but the ruling makes it easier for doctors or other professionals not to be counted in that total.
