ATLANTA,, Ga., April 1 (UPI) -- The Georgia Legislature is spending its week off trying to put together a balanced budget that has a chance of getting passed. The House called the recess last week after it rejected Republican Gov. Sonny Perdue's budget that was balanced by increasing taxes on tobacco and alcohol.
