Elizabeth Smart to go home tonight

SALT LAKE CITY, March 12 (UPI) -- Police expected to allow Elizabeth Smart to return to her Salt Lake City home Wednesday for the first time since she was allegedly kidnapped last summer. Police Chief Rick Dinsee told reporters the teenager appeared to be in good health and excited about being reunited with her family.
