Report:Iraq based terrorists wait for U.S.

WASHINGTON, March 9 (UPI) -- The CIA has warned policymakers that al Qaida terrorists in Iraq are ready to attack Americans on their own, The New York Times reported Sunday. Although not necessarily working with the Iraqi military, the terrorists are positioning to be ready for an attack, both in Baghdad and elsewhere.
