CBO: Bush policies to increase deficit

WASHINGTON, March 7 (UPI) -- Congressional budget analysts say President Bush's spending proposals for fiscal year 2004 would boost the federal budget deficit to $1.8 trillion over 10 years. The nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office says changes to the tax laws would significantly reduce revenues.
