Colleges lax on moral and civic duties

MENLO PARK, Calif., March 5 (UPI) -- The Carnegie Foundation charged Wednesday that colleges and universities are not living to one of their missions -- providing moral and civic development. Many talk about those responsibilities but too few do enough, a new book by the foundation says.
