Bush: Arrest 'a blow' to al Qaida

WASHINGTON, March 3 (UPI) -- The White House Monday called the capture of Khalid Sheik Mohammed a "serious development and a blow" to the Islamic extremist group al Qaida. U.S. officials would not confirm whether the alleged mastermind of the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks was in the custody of U.S. authorities.
