Court won't review 'under God' ruling

SAN FRANCISCO, Feb. 28 (UPI) -- A federal appeals court in San Francisco Friday refused to review a ruling that the phrase "under God" in the Pledge of Allegiance is unconstitutional. The refusal means the case almost certainly will go to the Supreme Court.
