Samoa manufacturer guilty of 'slavery'

HONOLULU, Feb. 22 (UPI) -- A South Korean manufacturer faces sentencing in June after being convicted in a human-trafficking trial involving hundreds of immigrant workers at his factory in Samoa. Kil Soo Lee was found guilty in Hawaii Friday of forcing Chinese and Vietnamese immigrants to toil in what federal prosecutors called "modern-day slavery."
