Monster tornado devastates Oklahoma City area; at least 51 dead
LOS ANGELES, Feb. 18 (UPI) -- A Korean immigrant was indicted in Los Angeles Tuesday on charges he failed to register as an agent of the North Korean government. John Joungwoong Yai of Santa Monica allegedly was on the North Korean payroll and had been directed by Pyongyang to obtain classified documents and recruit other agents.
