Anti-war march draws thousands in S.F.

SAN FRANCISCO, Feb. 16 (UPI) -- A protest march against a possible war in the Persian Gulf drew a largely peaceful crowd in downtown San Francisco Sunday. The San Francisco Chronicle said organizers of the rally and the police estimated the turnout at around 200,000, including some marchers pitching social causes other than the anti-war movement.
