Fire breaks out in Chicago skyscraper

CHICAGO, Feb. 7 (UPI) -- A fire erupted Friday morning on the top of a downtown skyscraper near the Chicago River. The fire was contained to the roof area and every person in the building was safely evacuated, officials said.
