Man held in L.A. allegedly N. Korean agent

LOS ANGELES, Feb. 5 (UPI) -- A South Korean immigrant faced a court appearance in Los Angeles Wednesday on charges he tried to obtain classified U.S. documents. An affidavit filed by the FBI alleged 59-year-old Joung Jai, a naturalized citizen from Santa Monica, Calif., failed to register as an agent of North Korea's government.
