Former Dynegy trader arrested in Houston

HOUSTON, Jan. 27 (UPI) -- A former Dynegy Inc. trader was arrested Monday on charges of reporting phony information to a trade newsletter consulted in setting natural gas prices. Michelle Marie Valencia was charged with three counts of making false trade reports and four counts of wire fraud.
