NTSB: pilot disoriented in OSU crash

STILLWATER, Okla., Jan. 23 (UPI) -- Federal investigators say the pilot of a plane that crashed two years ago killing 10 people associated with Oklahoma State University was disoriented. The National Transportation Safety Board also says an electrical failure on the Beech King Air 200 was a contributing factor in the crash.
