Bush unveils economic stimulus plan

CHICAGO, Jan. 7 (UPI) -- President George W. Bush unveiled an economic package Tuesday of tax cuts and small business incentives as the best ways of boosting the economy. The $670 billion stimulus plan would speed cuts already approved by Congress and eliminate double taxation of dividends.
