Daley, wife hospitalized for stomach flu

CHICAGO, Dec. 27 (UPI) -- Mayor Richard M. Daley and his wife, Maggie, were rushed to Northwestern Memorial Hospital Friday by ambulance, suffering from stomach flu. Dr. David Zull said both Daley and his wife, who has breast cancer, had suffered fainting spells related to dehydration resulting from vomiting and diarrhea.
