Vote fraud inquiry fizzles in S.D.

PIERRE, S.D., Dec. 13 (UPI) -- The South Dakota Attorney General's Office has not found evidence of vote buying in the Nov. 5 elections in which Democratic Sen. Tim Johnson defeated Republican John Thune by 524 votes. Two allegations that three Native Americans were paid $10 to vote on the Rosebud Sioux Reservation were unsubstantiated.
