Muslim sues over hospital firing

CHICAGO, Dec. 3 (UPI) -- A hospital housekeeping employee Tuesday sued a suburban Chicago hospital, charging that he was fired from his job shortly after the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks because he is Muslim. Saad Mahdi said he was quizzed five days after the attack by hospital officials and then fired.
