Texas city restricts toy guns in public

CARROLLTON, Texas, Nov. 20 (UPI) -- The Carrollton City Council has restricted the possession of realistic toy guns in public because they might be mistaken for the real thing. Police have mistaken the replica guns for real firearms in recent incidents and in some cases minors have used them to intimidate other children.
