N.M. ranchers angry with gas drillers

FARMINGTON, N.M., Nov. 15 (UPI) -- A coalition of ranchers and environmentalists want government regulators to crack down on gas drilling companies they say are abusing private land in northwest New Mexico. They complain about chemical spills, erosion, and pollution in the San Juan Basin, one of the world's richest gas reserves.
