Court to look at Victoria's Secret case

WASHINGTON, Nov. 11 (UPI) -- The Supreme Court is to hear argument Tuesday on whether small companies can use names that sound similar to much more famous names. The case involves Victoria's Secret and a store that called itself Victor's Secret.
