Army: War stress 'may be' link in killings

WASHINGTON, Nov. 7 (UPI) -- A U.S. Army report released Thursday said stress on troops due to the war on terror may have been a factor in the cluster of killings and suicide near Fort Bragg, N.C., last summer. It called for changes in "flawed" mental health services but said the anti-malaria drug Lariam was an unlikely link.
