Democrat Kahn ahead in Ga.

ATLANTA, Nov. 6 (UPI) -- In Georgia 11th Congressional District race, Democrat Roger Kahn had 54,226 votes while Republican Phil Gingrey had 52,867 in an open seat. The Georgia Secretary of State's office says that's with 432 precincts reporting, or 91 percent of the total.
