Morella concedes in Md.

ANNAPOLIS, Md., Nov. 5 (UPI) -- Republican incumbent Connie Morella conceded Maryland's 8th Congressional District race to Democrat Chris Van Hollen. Van Hollen had won 51 percent of the votes against Morella's 47 percent with 98 percent of the precincts reporting.
