Close House race in Ga.'s 11th District

ATLANTA, Nov. 5 (UPI) -- In the Georgia 11th Congressional District race, Republican Phil Gingrey has 16,200 votes while Democrat Roger Kahn has 16,674 votes. The Georgia Secretary of State's Office said that's with 160 precincts reporting, or 33 percent of the total.
