DOJ charges adult sniper suspect

WASHINGTON, Oct. 29 (UPI) -- The Justice Department filed additional charges Tuesday against sniping suspect John Allen Muhammad, 41, who could face the federal death penalty if convicted. Muhammad's alleged accomplice in a three-week shooting spree that killed 10 people, John Lee Malvo, 17, was not named.
