Court bloc: No execution of pre-18 killers

WASHINGTON, Oct. 21 (UPI) -- The Supreme Court's liberal minority once again protested against the execution of death row inmates who committed murder before 18. In a Monday dissent against the full court's refusal to hear a case, the four liberal justices said such executions are "inconsistent with evolving standards of decency."
