Mormon Church to appeal speech ruling

SALT LAKE CITY, Oct. 11 (UPI) -- The Mormon Church said Friday it would ask a federal appeals court to take another look at its ruling lifting free-speech restrictions on a downtown Salt Lake City plaza owned by the church. The court ruled Wednesday the plaza's walkways remained public property and were not subject to such restrictions.
