Nobel winner dreams of disease cures

CAMBRIDGE, Mass., Oct. 7 (UPI) -- MIT Biology Professor H. Robert Horvitz said Monday he was delighted and surprised at receiving a share of the 2002 Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine. He said it was his dream that the gene research will someday result in treatments for diseases for which there are now no known cures.
