4 dead in five drive-by Md. shootings

SILVER SPRING, Md., Oct. 3 (UPI) -- Four people have been killed in five drive-by shootings in Maryland's Montgomery County in a 16-hour period, according to local media reports. No arrests have been made. WTOP radio said the shootings took place at a gas station, a grocery store, a post office and at a residence. At a fifth location, a shot was fired, but no one was injured.
