Former Enron official freed on $5M bond

HOUSTON, Oct. 2 (UPI) -- Former Enron Corp. Chief Financial Officer Andrew S. Fastow was arraigned on federal fraud charges Wednesday and later released after posting a $5 million bond. Fastow was required to put up family real estate and $3 million from an investment account before he was released by a U.S. magistrate.
