Feds charge Islamic charity head again

CHICAGO, Sept. 16 (UPI) -- Federal prosecutors on Monday went to court to file obstruction of justice and making false statements charges against the head of an Islamic charity whose criminal case was dismissed on a legal technicality. A judge dropped a perjury charge against Enaam Arnaout last week.
