Chief Sept. 11 investigator retiring

WASHINGTON, Aug. 15 (UPI) -- Dale Watson, the FBI official who has supervised the Sept. 11 terror attacks investigation, is retiring, FBI Director Robert Mueller said Thursday. Executive Assistant Director Watson will join the private sector in September.
