Democrats drop suit against Florida ballot

MIAMI, Aug. 6 (UPI) -- The Florida Democratic Party Tuesday dropped its suit against the Florida Secretary of State's office challenging the wording on the gubernatorial primary ballot. Katherine Harris's successor as secretary has changed the wording and sent out letters to those who have already received absentee ballots.
