Sequoias safe so far from Calif. wildfire

LOS ANGELES, July 23 (UPI) -- Fire continued to tear through dry brush in California's Giant Sequoia National Monument Tuesday, although none of park's namesake trees was in immediate danger. A park official said the McNalley Fire had grown to 38,214 acres, and the weather was expected to be hotter than it was Monday.
