Bombings to derail peace push, Bush says

WASHINGTON, July 18 (UPI) -- President George W. Bush said Thursday terrorists were out to derail Middle East peace through acts of terror coinciding with high-level talks, but the United States refuses to be discouraged and would not let the "few damage the hopes of many." Bush made the comments at the start of a meeting with three Arab foreign ministers, one day after terrorists set off two bombs in Israel.
