Police warn of serial kidnapper, killer

STANTON, Calif., July 17 (UPI) -- The child's body found in the mountains of Southern California was identified Wednesday as 5-year-old kidnap victim Samantha Runnion. Orange County authorities warned that FBI profilers believe the suspect is likely a serial offender who will strike again.
