Supreme Court denies stay to Beazley

HUNTSVILLE, Texas, May 28 (UPI) -- The U.S. Supreme Court has refused to grant a stay to Napoleon Beazley, who faces execution late Tuesday for the murder of a Tyler businessman when he was 17. The Texas Pardons and Paroles board refused to stop the execution or recommend commutation of the death sentence to Gov. Rick Perry.
