Jury selection begins in Danielle killing

SAN DIEGO, May 17 (UPI) -- Jury selection began Friday for the trial of David Westerfield, who was arrested in connection with the disappearance and death of 7-year-old Danielle van Dam. More than 300 potential jurors were expected to go through the initial screening process in downtown San Diego.
