Trio jailed in Arizona assassination plot

PHOENIX, May 15 (UPI) -- Three men were in jail Wednesday after they allegedly hatched a scheme to murder Arizona Gov. Jane Hull and the sheriff of Maricopa County. According to the Arizona Republic, the trio allegedly planned to kidnap Hull, force her to sign a pardon for one them, and then kill her.
