U.S. reiterates concern over Cuba

WASHINGTON, May 14 (UPI) -- The United States "has plenty of reason to be concerned" over Cuba's biotechnology program and its sharing of dual-use technology with "other rogue states," White House spokesman Ari Fleischer said Tuesday. Fleischer's comment was in response to former President Jimmy Carter, who on a visit to Cuba said U.S. officials had told him there was no hard evidence of such activity.
