State decides not to call Skakel brother

NORWALK, Conn., May 14 (UPI) -- Prosecutors reportedly have decided not to call Thomas Skakel to testify Tuesday at the trial of his younger brother, Kennedy kin Michael Skakel, in the 1975 slaying of Martha Moxley. Michael Skakel is accused of killing Moxley with a golf club when both were 15-year-old neighbors in Greenwich, Conn.
